Bogen Music On Hold 4 Min Cap.Simply slip your prerecorded cassette into the built-in high quality tape drive and your message is automatically downloaded into digital memory. In the event ofa power failure the program is automatically reloaded into digital memory from the cassette after the power is restored. The announcers each have an adjustable volume control on the rear panel. The ProHold announcers employ a state-of-the-art digital design to achieve a full 64 Kbps digital quality sampling rate. New design is extremely easy to wall mount.

Defective Returns
Defective unit must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date. Defective units are replaced for the same product only. Upon receipt of the defective product a new unit will be reshipped at no additional cost.

Non-Defective returns
Product must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. No refunds after 30 days.
