Model ST118B is a business speakerphone with giant backlit LCD
display. An end user can clearly view callers name and number on the
7.4 square inch LCD display.

This phone also features a quick and easy way for busy user to stay
in touch - even out of the office. With a touch of a button incoming
calls can be set to be forwarded to a mobile phone.

* All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.

Defective Returns
Defective unit must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date. Defective units are replaced for the same product only. Upon receipt of the defective product a new unit will be reshipped at no additional cost.

Non-Defective returns
Product must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. No refunds after 30 days.
