Answer:
YES Everything is Brand New. We do not sell Refurbished, Opened or returned items to customers. Any defective units or customers returning products are returned back to the manufacture.

How long does it take to get my order?

I received my order today, and it is Damaged/Defective, how do i return the order and get another one shipped out?

Please contact us right away to request a Return Authorization at 866-577-8144. Please also review our Return Policy Click Here
*Note: Do not ship anything back to us without a Return Authorization. Unauthorized packages will be refused.

I placed my order on Thursday and today is Monday, I have not yet received my order, where is it?

Shipping carriers Do Not work, deliver or pickup packages on the weekend. Please read the above Processing Times or click here Shipping.
If you have not yet received your order and it has taken longer than stated on our Shipping Page Please contact us right away so we can process your claim.

Do you ship internationally?

I want to ship this order to a different address other than my Billing Address, What do I do?

Answer:
Go through and complete your order, However you will need to
include your credit card issuing bank telephone number located on the back of your credit card

When will I receive a Tracking Number for my order?

Answer:
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 Business Days, the business day after your order is shipped our system automatically sends you an email with a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive an email within 3-4 business days after placing your order please contact us and rep will gladly email it to you again or provide it over the telephone.

How do I know if my item is on Backorder or not?

Answer:
In the rare case your order becomes on Backorder we will do two things.
1- We will try to contact you by phone, this is why we ask to provide a valid phone number on your order.
2- We will also send you an email detailing the issue as well.
