Do you ship internationally?

I want to ship this order to a different address other than my Billing Address,
What do I do?
Go through the checkout process and complete your order. Please
include your credit card issuing bank telephone
number located on the back of your credit card. Contact your issuing bank and
have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address.
We will contact your bank using the bank telephone number you have provided to
verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an additional
day to verify any alternate ship-to address. Both your billing and shipping
addresses must be verified with your credit card issuing bank before an order
will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate
shipping address, let your card issuer know that you are placing an online order
and that the retailer must verify your shipping address before shipment to
eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply email us to let us know and we will complete the processing of your order.

When will I receive
a Tracking Number for my order?
Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 Business Days, the business day after
your order is shipped our system automatically sends you an email with a
tracking number for your order. If you do not receive an email within 3-4
business days after placing your order please contact us and rep will gladly
email it to you again or provide it over the telephone. back

How do I know if my
item is on Backorder or not?
DollarRite.com does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely
charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the
time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate
inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are
damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer.
In that instance we will notify you via email as soon as possible and give you the option of leaving
your order open and to ship upon availability or to cancel the order.
DollarRite.com does not charge your card until the day your order has been
confirmed and shipped with a valid tracking number. back

How do I
cancel my order?
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already
been processed and shipped. Simply use the Contact Us form to request an order cancellation. Due to the speed at which we process orders it is unlikely we will be able to cancel your order, however we
will do our best. back

What happens if my order is lost in transit?
You must notify us within 7 business day of ship date, We will open and file
a claim with the shipping carrier once the shipping carrier has approved the
claim we will ship a replacement order. Claims take 2-3 weeks to process and investigate by the shipping carrier.
