* All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.
Defective Returns
Defective unit must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date. Defective units are replaced for the same product only. Upon receipt of the defective product a new unit will be reshipped at no additional cost
Non-Defective returns
Product must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. No refunds after 30 days.
* All Return shipping costs is the sole responsibility of the customer under any circumstance.
An additional 30 day extension can be purchased separately, for this product only, for an additional $3.00 per item by contacting us . Must be requested at time of purchase or before item is shipped.
