30 DAY Return Policy
For All Returns a return authorization number is
required
DO NOT SHIP anything back without authorization
ALL Shipping Fees are NON-Refundable regardless of
circumstance
Anything being returned regardless of reason MUST be sent
back prepaid shipping. e.g. customer pays for shipping, defective or
non-defective, opened or un-opened it doesn't matter.
DO NOT DISCARD THE MANUFACTURE PACKAGING
If you threw out the packaging & materials we cannot accept a return you must
contact the manufacture for a replacement
Its not that we don't want to, its that we cannot accept returns without
packaging because it is a Manufacture rule
Free Shipping Policy
Any product that is shipped free & being returned for credit will be
credited minus normal shipping fees & according to policy
Opened or Un-Opened Products
A 15% restock fee is charged
*We can NOT accept any return on items where the plastic clam shell
packaging is cut. Once the package is cut open it is not returnable & must be
returned to the manufacture
Defective Return
We will pay for a replacement to be shipped back to you upon receipt of the
defective unit. Some manufactures insist products being returned directly to
them you MUST contact us first
Damages & Missing Parts
Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery, Damaged or
missing parts must be reported immediately. We do NOT issue credit for
defective, damaged, or products missing parts
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
You will be credited your cost minus 15% restock fee & $10 Return Freight. If this is
our error we will pay for it to be reshipped

contact you in case your item is on backorder. This is rare but in case it is
we need a viable way to contact you & CHECK YOUR EMAIL
**Important BACKORDER notice: To accommodate our customers we will notify
you, by Phone, and by email if an item becomes on backorder or no longer
available. So please make sure you provide a Valid Email
Address and a Valid Phone Number for us to contact you. Don’t
worry we do not sell, add you to a mailing list, or give out your information,
we are obligated by a very strict Privacy Policy. Back
orders are a rare occurrence that happens to 1 out of 100 orders. We update our
inventory availability as many times as we can throughout the day and once in a
while an order may slip through.
