DOLLARRITE.COM RETURN POLICY
* All returns require an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our
Customer Service
department.
Defective Returns
Defective unit must be returned back to us within 30 days of the Delivery
date. Defective units are replaced for the same product only.
Upon receipt of the defective product a new unit will
be reshipped at no additional cost. After 30 days please contact the manufacturer under their
respective warranty. If you return a product and upon our inspection we
determine the product is not defective, the product will be returned at your
expense or charged a restocking fee. Please Do not try to repair the product on
your own.
Non-Defective Returns
Product must be returned back to us within 30 days of the original Invoice
date
for a refund.
All Refunds
are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
BuySafe bonds may not be returned or
canceled. If you purchase a BuySafe bond and return all or part of your order,
you will still have to pay the bond fee.
DO NOT DISCARD THE MANUFACTURE PACKAGING
All items must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging along with
all parts, accessories, and paperwork i.e. instruction manual, warranty card
etc. Products that are not returned in full, will not be accepted for
replacement or refund. No exceptions.
Free
Shipping Policy
Any product that is shipped free & being returned for credit will be
credited minus normal shipping fees & according to policy.
Product Support & Compatibility
DollarRite.com is not responsible for any compatibility issues, we do not
provide technical support. We post all of the information the
manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the
manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for
additional information or specifications that are not posted at DollarRite.com.
Damaged During Shipping
Please
inspect the package for any visual damage
before signing for delivery. Any Visual damage must be noted with your signature. Damages must be reported within 3 Business Days. The shipping carrier will arrange for pick up of the item and a replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the damaged product. Any report of such after 3 business days of receipt will not be accepted.
If the package was left at your door please DO NOT open the package and
contact us right away.
Missing Parts
Missing parts must be reported within 3 Business Days. Any report of such
after 3 business days of receipt will not be accepted.
RETURN GUIDELINES
- Any return shipped back without
authorization, refused delivery, or returned due to an undeliverable address,
will be refunded minus a 30% restocking fee and minus double the original
shipping cost.
- All Return shipping costs, Defective or
Non-Defective, is the sole responsibility of the customer under any
circumstance, and are non-refundable regardless of reason. Due to the nature
of online ordering shipping fees are non-recoverable for us either.
- No refunds after 30 days. Please allow 2-3
Business days for processing any return.
- Products that have been modified, damaged,
or abused will not be accepted for replacement or refund. Removal or
alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will
automatically void any Warranty/Return Policy stated. Products that are
returned to DollarRite.com with a missing, damaged or altered serial number
will be refused for service and returned at customers expense. No exceptions.
- Some Manufactures insist on contacting them
directly for tech support and or return service, for a product that may be
defective.
